~GoodBye Sprint/ hello TMobile: I am a ** year Sprint Customer.*Tomorrow I will go to T Mobil.**After a dozen calls, my problem was "resolved" by Sprint Escalation Dept.**I received as replacement phone but the info to return my broken phone had wrong serial number.**I have tried to reach Sprint for a week now.**No one is authorized to help but this dept. This dept now had s recording they arr on vacation until Dec. It is now Jan.**This is their "best" dept.**No one will give me a name, ref*, except their first name.**I cant return a $*** phone with wrong documents without a record of who I talked to.**I am giving up and leaving today.
