~Diana Barrera: I called to make an arrangement payment today... apparently My account was transferred to the collection Department for *** dollars.. And if I wasnt to pay those *** dollars tonight my line was to be disconnected.. The two people that spoke to did not give any information correctly and did not show any care or gave any possibility to try and help my situation.. instead both ladies hung up the phone on me!! It is ridiculous that for *** dollars my line could be sent to collection.. I was never told when I made my arrangements that there was a limit for them or to make arrangements was a failed to payment.. But I was always told that in case of needing more time for any of my payments to call and you guys will help me out.. It is very rude from the people that helped and very unprofessional having to just hang up on me to avoid any issues.. Very horrible customer service. And Im very disappointed been a customer to you guys.. I need you to take action on this quick.. and I need you to fi
