~TREVEON MCGEE: I upgraded to the SAMSUNG NOTE * ON ********* AT THE SPRINT STORE ***** AND THE DEVICE FIRST STARTED TO FREEZE UP ON ME. ON ********* WENT TO SPRINT AND THE MEN THERE REPAIR THE PEN. THEN I START TO EXPERIENCE A CODE** AND MY KEY BOARD STARTED MESSING UP. I WENT TO THE STORE AGAIN ON ********* TOTHE PHONE LOOKED AT THAT NEVER HAPPEN SO I WENT BACK TO WORK. TODAY I SPOKE SOME MEN WHO SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER.I TOLD THE MANAGER MY PROBLEMS WITH SAMSUNG NOTE *. THE MANAGER REACTIVE MY SAMSUNG NOTE * AND TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER SAMSUNG NOTE * FOR ME. THE MANAGER DIDN'T GIVE ME HIS NAME OR ORDER NUMBER. I CALLED SPRINT WHRN I GOT HOME AT *PM IN HOUSTON, TEXAS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLDME NOTHING HAS BEEN ORDERED. HERE IS MY TICKET NUMBER FROM ******* *********-****** AND *********. I WANT SPRINT PLEASE SWITCH OUT THE BROKEN SAMSUNG NOTE * THEY SOLD ME ON *********. THIS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I REALLY HOPE SPRINT CAN GET THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOGE
