~UNEEDMARKETING: Very poor. Be cautious in your dealings. I went in and spoke to Mike at the counter and proceeded to get set up with new service and purchase two new phones. After he took all my info and put it in his computer, we discussed monthly family data sharing and GBs, cost etc. It ended up not being a good deal for me, and would cost more than my current provider, Verizon. I told him to delete my information and he assured me he would. No service was activated. Since this, I have received a bill for $***.**!!! And, a second email threatening to place my account in collection. I don't know if he was getting commission and that's all he cared about and this is why he left my info in their system AND CREATED AN ACCOUNT NUMBER! Who the **** do they think they are using my information without my authorization! *sprint *sprintsucks *sprintunfairbusinesspractices
