~larry: Was told by an account mgr(Jake Flores) that a **% dicount would be added to my bill for problems with the account. To find out that he he was replying to my employee discount already on the account since the day I signed up with Spint and after a number of phone calls and e-mails to finally got p*o enough to get transferred to corp. to find out that only one discount per account. NOW I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN LIED TOO AND SPRINT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER RETENTION.been with sprint for just over a year and been one problem to another.This contract is going to be broken and I am going back to T-Mobile to where I was ** years prior. They rate a ** Plus for customer service and never been lied to from them. May not have the most perfect coverage but they do have perfect customer service which means a lot more to me. The lowest quality of service rating they have here is * out *, should be -* out of *

~larry: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~larry: For that I would say one out of five.
