GetHuman-337170: Yesterday, my phone went almost dead because of little battery power. On my screen, I was provided a choice of returning to factory settings by clicking on Resusme or clicking another key to not do this. Since, there wasn't any keyboard on my screen, I choose the factory resetings which I thought were basic electrical data like phone ring. I didn't realize that I would also lose all my ***** phone numbers. When I spoke to Dan Magnin, he apologized for the unclear communication from the screen but added he could transfer all my phone numbers if Google has back them up. I brought my email address and password to him later and he pressed the right buttons to have my phone numbers returned to my phone. He did a great job and in short time as well.
