~whozzat: Sprint is terrible. I got an HTC phone. The sharge port broke inside the phone. Got it replaced (althoug I had to pay to have it replaced). * months later my replacement is now broken with the same problem. Called Sprint- they saud, "not their problem, call HTC", called HTC, they said, "we never replace phones, you got that from Sprint, call them", called Sprint back, "oops, you go that issue handled in the store, you gotta got there". Everyone is talking about a stupid warantee. WTF?!?! Who cares about a warantee? I have gone through * phones and haven't even made it through my contract. What ever happened to customer service and standing behind your own product. Sprint should be ashamed. How can you sell a product you don't stand behind? I will NEVER renew my contract again. I have been with Sprint since ****. Goodbye Sprint- you just last a customer.

~whozzat: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~whozzat: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~whozzat: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
