~Ralph Kramden: Wow! Called me back and let me move my phone number to a newer contract and cancel an old line on an expired contract. Also told me my old phones can be sent back for $** credit. I made $** and saved $***month and no cancellation fee, and kept my official phone number!*Great customer service today.
