~Austin Proud: Spent three weeks in Cuyahoga Ohio for business My boss and I went to Starbucks on Howe Ave during afternoon to do paperwork and networking. Probably the dirtiest store I have ever visited. Employees as a whole are nice but overworked. No one cleans up and bathrooms were a disgrace. Not well run. Glad I am home and can go to Austin Starbucks which is always clean, neat and efficient.
