~Satan'sFarm: My comment is in regard to the email address I found here. So far, it seems to have worked. I did finally also reach someone with State Farm in Illinois yesterday who was very helpful* yet, it still is like fighting the wind. Regarding my entire flood claim though, I give a zero. In fact even when it is all over, I won't put in writing what my true feelings are because they are so low. I will start a blog though and carefully state the facts. I can say this though: I am lowering my insurance coverage after it is all over, because I'm losing far too much money over this and could have rebuilt and replaced for less than I pay to be insured.

~Satan'sFarm: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Satan'sFarm: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about State Farm's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Satan'sFarm: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other State Farm customers?
~Satan'sFarm: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for State Farm to know who you are.
