I kept saying what I needed to the computer voice that answered and gave my information, but it continually looped back to the beginning instructing me to go online. I forgot my password and am locked out of my acct.and tried the log in help three times. Each time it said I would be sent an email but it's been over an hour and I haven't received even one email. I am furious that I can't get a human on the phone for assistance.
