In order to talk to someone who merely resembles a person you have to listen to some BS automated garbage in hopes that the consumer will hang up. When you finally get through to someone all there are is an apology after apology for the ineptness of service provided or lack thereof. Another typical credit lender not giving a **** about the customers who pay their salaries. Typical corporate American Greed at its best. Word of advice, never open any credit account that is supposedly managed by this circus.
