GetHuman-227205: Was told repeatedly that a different department handles my information but could not tell what department or give me any sort of contact information on who did. The agent stated they could not transfer me to a supervisor then refused to once they found one. This is the number that shows on my credit report for contact information. Ridiculous and rude service!
