~FrustratedExCustomer: all you get while waiting is more and more offers that you are not interested in. I found some charges in my bill that needed clarification, from phone numbers I do not know. It wasn't the first time, I just never had the time to address this issue previously. After ** minutes of waiting, guess what, you are gonna pay for whatever they charge you and there is nothing you can do about it. Decided to cut the service and moved to a prepaid (not tmobile) phone.

~FrustratedExCustomer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
