~Shirley Cross: On ********** I attempted to return to trunk that I bought at TJMaxx at the Logan Square Elston store, at the Countryside store. They refused to accept, because it had a ***** missing from one of the hinges( which I did not fully inssspect the trunk when I purchased it. My neighbor and I was looking through the store they had the same trunk with gashes. When I asked the sales person if they would mark the trunk down,he said yes about $* dollars. I then told him I would take the mark down price for the trunk that I returned. They refued to let me return thetrunk. On **.**,I returned the trunk to the store where I purschased it,the Logan Square*Elston store with no problem. I have never had this experience in all of the years I have shopped at TJ Maxx. I will be very hesitant to but thing from TK Maxx in the future if this is the kind of service that shoppers encpunter. S A Cross

~Shirley Cross: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TJ Maxx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Shirley Cross: For that I would say five out of five.
