~Connie Sharman: Could not get thru except to cancellation number. I did not want to cancel Tiscali email address. I had talktak before and was delight to switch to tiscali and now this. They are hopeless. Said I woiuld get a refund for my time and phone calls and it was not on my bill which I had a dreadful time finding. Said give my telphonen umber and uae another number to call them.- Same remark at second call!?!

~Connie Sharman: For that I would say two out of five.
