~talk talk (soon to be) ex cust: I would rather stab myself in the eyeball than have to wait half an hour on hold to then be told i have the wrong department then to be transfered to another department answer machine and be advised to call back later. An excellent example of how not to run a customer care service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TalkTalk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TalkTalk problem?
~talk talk (soon to be) ex cust: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~talk talk (soon to be) ex cust: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TalkTalk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~talk talk (soon to be) ex cust: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TalkTalk customers?
