~Me: I have had to call multiple times, and can never understand the person that I am speaking to* their English is not terrific. The worst part is that they do NOT understand a thing that I am telling them and I get no answers. I am very, very frustrated!!! We need to have people who can actually fix a problem, that we can understand, and that can understand us!!!

~Me: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Me: For that I would say four out of five.
