~michaela: My parents purchased an egift card. You cant trasnfer it to a regular gift card and they gave me a hard time either purchasing. The shiiping charge was ** and the total value of clothing i purchase was ***. I dont understand why the merchandise im buying cant be shipped to the main stire closed by my area or allow me to convert the e-gift card to a regular store gift card. I will never buy anything from target and i will tell all my friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, and with word of mouth i will persuave people to stay away from target. The target.com website is not user friendly either. It took me a while to purchased and checkout. Falls adversisement. I absolute hate the store and their website. One would think they spend money on improving their website and cutomer service
