~ALadynFlorida: I had to representatives working on my particular case. Katina being the last to assist me. Apparently, after my monies were collected from my bank account, for the check and the check fee, their system had an error in transcribing the info from collections to the approval department. The updated my file and said that I should no longer have a problem writing a check again. If I do, they instructed for me to call directly with an extension in regards to this problem, Katina phone number and extension is *-***-***-**** extension **** Keep this handy on you and your bank statements to verify where tele check has taken the money from your account. It was great to be connected with someone to help me with this issue.

~ALadynFlorida: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
