~anonymous: In a very monotone, automated, computer-sounding voice, a female service rep answered my questions. It didn't give me any peace of mind. TRS*Telecheck has denied * of my checks in the last few weeks. Although, I have NO checks outstanding, NO bad checks and they will not tell me why they're being so scrutinizing all of a sudden. I am really upset. In asking if there's still a block on my checks, she wouldn't answer me outright, just kept hedging with "each check is checked individually at point of purchase. We can not guarantee acceptance or denial." WTH???

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
