~karma: So this is my story, my check today was declined at a car dealership without any explanation.*I tried to find out the reason behind the decine and was told that there was nothing wrong with the check and there is nothing that Telecheck can do to fix it.*Come on, you are playing with my money and don't have anything to fix it?*You are not the one who is facing the embarrassment in front of merchant, I am.*Here's my experience with your customer support:**st call gets magically dropped by the rep.**nd rep (Ruth - emp id : ****) says there was nothing wrong with the check but cannot do anything about it.**rd rep (Supervisor Kat - emp ed : ****) says that she do not have access to call or to email my merchant to say that there is nothing wrong with my check.*Come on, your company is making decisions about my money which are not accurate and even after finding about that the decisions aren't accurate cannot do anything to fix the situation?*What kind of company are you running in the first
