~BR08: I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and expectations I had for this company. In August I had called the company regarding my monthly disputes that had not yielded any deletions for the past *-* months. Upset about money being wasted due to no results we decided on pay exchange. On August **th I sent the documents into Wanda authorizing this service. A month later, I decided to call to find out what my status was on the pay exchange. The customer service rep who answers the phone tells me on the first account that I shouldn't do anything because it falls off in a year. The second account which is a credit card she stated was negotiated back in **** and nothing can be done. Which by the way I don't remember negotiating. Then she precedes to tell me that I will still need to pay $** for the month due to the disputes being sent out. I was extremely irritated of this because the whole point of doing the payment exchange program was due to not having anything deleted in mon
