~Frustrated Taxpayer: I've tried calling this disaster of an agency five or six different times, and every time, it's "We are currently experiencing high call volumes..." Okay, fine if it's April. But JULY??? I need to talk to a HUMAN BEING, but apparently,that's not possible

~Frustrated Taxpayer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated Taxpayer: For that I would say four out of five.

~Frustrated Taxpayer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The IRS to know who you are.
