GetHuman-374028: It was quite a long wait (I'll use the callback next time), but the representative I had really seemed on it. After he got my identifying information, he put me on hold while he reviewed my return and periodically checked in on me to let me know he was still working on it. After about ** minutes, he came back on the phone, let me know what the problem was, that he had sent a request to have that corrected within the IRS, gave me an idea of the timeline I could expect on action by the IRS, and what to do if nothing happened. All in all, did a great job, it was just a very long wait for the end of June.
