~cindo: You should allow * number digits for the minuets because I waited *** minutes. I had to get online and look it up for a very long time before I could find a way to get a human. Still haven't gotten one.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting The IRS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a The IRS problem?
~cindo: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cindo: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cindo: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other The IRS customers?
~cindo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The IRS to know who you are.
