GetHuman-ajloewen: We are in our late **'s and have received porch delivery for the past * years. (subscribers since ****) Customer service assured us since this issue arose * weeks ago they would get our porch delivery resumed but * weeks later no one including promised call from district manager did not happen and today we received no p*aper at all. How can we get this corrected. My husband is in long leg braces and uses a wheelchair. This is no way to treat any customer.Code is ****
