~jcp: I have * subscriptions that come to my house and for some reason every other week either no paper arrives or only one arrives. I have called atleast * times and I am promised by supervisors it will be fixed but it continues to happen. I ask for a manager to call me and I never receive the call back. Its always no manager is available at this time they will call you. we are sorry, we promised that next week the papers will be there and next week its the same story over and over. I am getting ready to cancel and get my $$ back! Horrible!
