~frustrated: Called about withdrawing distribution from two accounts. No written instructions were apparently available for a generic form. I called twice, walking through which parts of the form were required for each account, the requirements were stated to be different. I followed the instructions, got one form back requiring an additional block to be filled in that was specifically said to not be required in two prior calls. Don't believe the account reps on the 'phone, insist on written instructions for each account. I called again after receiving the form back, was basically blown off by the rep. Also, this is one of many telephone systems that has you enter information on the touchpad that is immediately requested again by the rep, with no explanation why you enter it in the first place, just a formula "I didn't receive that information" answer. Customer service rated as poor.
