~TonyTheMan: Called about a replacement part for an old rack that they no longer carry replacement part for or show on their website. Just wanted to confirm that it was something they had sitting around somewhere.

~TonyTheMan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TonyTheMan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Thule's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TonyTheMan: For that I would say two out of five.
