GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-10782: I have had nothing but headaches and countless calls to customer service with nothing but the same irrelivent information that won't and hasn't helped, ticket master needs seriouse help and improvements with your customer help line. I have been waiting to receive complemtentary tickets for made in America for just about a month. Ticketmaster has sent * updates to the promoters of the event or whoever they send them to. But what bothers me the most is the fact that ticketmaster can say they aren't responsible for tickets and also can't tell me who is in charge of tickets. What I want to know his why would ticket master do bussneses with any company that they can't get ahold of in a emergency ticket situation? All they are able to do is "update" my account which has been a completely useless opion so far. Today they made my forth "update" but I feel that the first three didn't work so why would this one. You as ticketmaster need to have a way to contact venues*promoters*whoever actuall
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ticketmaster. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ticketmaster problem?
GetHuman-10782: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-10782: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-10782: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ticketmaster customers?
GetHuman-10782: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
