~Very Angry: It was very difficult to explain a what the issue was to the rep. The language was a barrier very difficult to get around. Discussion about my complaint was not happening. All I kept hearing was "I apologize" *Tiger Direct knowingly (confirmed)sold me a computer with inflated specs. It has taken weeks to get any movement. It is still not resolved. So far nothing they have told me has been true. I am preparing an official complaint to the Florida AG' office for deceptive conduct under the Consumer Fraud Act.

~Very Angry: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Very Angry: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Very Angry: For that I would say one out of five.
