~PRG: I am a business owner with Cable,Internet, wideBand and telephone services.Can not get any body to reconcile billing and services. Because they have regional and National department and there is a tug of war going on between them.I lost over $**** in business, and lots of bad publicity for poor Internet services including on Trip Advisor. Seems like no body cares. So why am I with them?.They are the only one have this services in my areas. They have Monopoly on the market. By the way I pay close to $**** per month for these services.Even though I am in the middle of very large city. It has been * months since this is going on

~PRG: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PRG: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PRG: For that I would say two out of five.
