~Anna: TWC has the absolute WORST business ethics ever! I have been on the phone with them for the past week, DAILY to try to get an issue resolved with the new upgrade package that I purchased! They don't even bother to install the new package equipment they ship it to you for YOU to install with the new "easy install guide" (BS!!!). Have tried to get this equipment working since I received it last Thursday, STILL NOT WORKING. Was supposed to have a service call to my home last night between *&* pm. Received a call from the service rep at * pm asking me if I was home since he had a cancellation and was in the area. I told him that nobody would be at my home till after *. Long story short...I received a call from TWC at *:** telling me that service rep was at my home and NOBODY was there, so I have to reschedule. Someone was at my home at *:** and NEVER left last night. So BRAD, TECH* *****, phone number ***-***-****, I am filing a formal complaint about you! And as for TWC....I am

~Anna: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anna: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anna: For that I would say four out of five.
