~ToshibaJoe: First, the phone number for Toshiba Order Credit Verification should be updated to ***-***-****. This is the worst ordering process I have ever seen. The ONLY way to get an order to process is by giving a phone number for them to call you at. If your credit card is good and you don't know why your order is canceled, it is because they could not reach you by phone. They claim this is to protect you against identity theft which is insane. a)Calling you does not accomplish that b)They're not in the business of protecting YOU, c)There is nothing said during the call that "proves" anything. If you can at all avoid it, don't order from toshiba.com, but it in the store or online elsewhere* it's NOT worth the hassle of dealing direct. The phone operators stick exactly to scripts* you can't have any intelligent conversation.

~ToshibaJoe: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~ToshibaJoe: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toshiba's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ToshibaJoe: For that I would say one out of five.

~ToshibaJoe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toshiba to know who you are.
