~joe smo: It takes forever to get ahold of anyone and when you finaly do they cant tell you anything any way so what good is the support. They dont give you strait answer

~joe smo: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
