~mr&mrsparks: We had the computer for * weeks. A small black line appeared in the upper left hand corner of the screen. The next day it spread too the middle of the screen. By the third day. Thats all there was of the screen. We contacted toshiba seeing as wemhad a three year warrenty. A few days after the comp arrived we received an email stateing " physical damage", and a ***.** fee too fix the problem and an insenuation that we were the cause. When I called Toshiba, I spoke to a supervisor named Jorden. He told the decision had been made and our only option was too pay for the repairs or dont, and have the broken system returned too us. Toshiba is by far worse than dell could ever be. At least dell's comps wait till after the warrenty too break.

~mr&mrsparks: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mr&mrsparks: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toshiba's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mr&mrsparks: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Toshiba customers?
~mr&mrsparks: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toshiba to know who you are.
