~Mimi: I just found out (because I emailed them) that a jacket I ordered for my grandson on Nov. **th which was promised "on Or before Dec. **" "is not available at this time." I have had multiple problems with placing orders and having them lost at the final checkout page. Deliveries are always very delayed. A $* credit doesn't make up for the aggravation. I won't be shopping at Totsy ever again.
