~Mike W: I purchase two gifts among other items in separate orders for a birthday and Christmas. When the order was received(with the usual delay) neither gift was present. Spoke to customer service and told that out of stock. Never had this issue with another retailer. Was given $** credit but my charge card was never credited so had to call back again and jump through hoops to get credit for items which were never sent. Very shaky business. Probably best to not use.
