~SavvyMamaShopper: New subscribers beware! I would highly recommend that you search for deals elsewhere. Totsy is a horribly disorganized and incompetent company to do business with. **I just recently joined Totsy and have placed multiple orders with them -- ALL of which have been late, items missing, never sent, etc. **I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund for an order placed in November, **** that was charged to my credit card, but never delivered. **Not only do they not return phone calls, but when you contact customer service via email, all they do is provide you with a reference * to include in future emails. However, they never address the issue at hand, they don't provide explanations, they don't apologize, and they certainly haven't delivered on what they promised and charged me for. **HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! So not worth the deals.
