~ignored customer: Trying to return a dresser for a baby set to arrive any day. The dresser was shipped damaged. Customer service assured me that another would be shipped to me. After several days, I called to find out that they rejected the return because I did not have the original credit card number (the item was a gift). In the meantime, no one contacted me.
