~Very Disappointed: Also, getting the supervisor to tell me what was in the notes from a call I had made during the previous month, when I had gotten some real help, was like pulling teeth. When the supervisor finally told me, he was very vague about it, but he basically told me that those bonus minutes could only be added manually once and never again. But the person who had added those bonus minutes manually for me had told me to call again when I received that text again, so that didn't make any sense. Also, I am only giving them * stars for communication because it is asking me how well I understood. I understood, but they didn't act like they understood me. So the communication was actually very poor.
