I have done chat and calls with Tracfone for * days...have provided a reference number and ticket number and Still have to repeat everything...the last person--Vanessa Refused to transfer me to a superior, tried to 'give' me' *** minutes, when I HAD over **** before they Stole them!! I Hat Tracfone!!
