~gall: Despite previous problems with tracfone customer service, using this number within the time frame specified by gethuman and pressing the suggested prompts, I got someone on the line immediately after the last prompt (which turned out to be *, not *) and without having to press **. The matter was resolved pretty easily--my only complaints were being subjected to some promotional stuff, some small difficulty understanding and being understood, and not being given a good explanation for why they needed my email address. However only time will tell whether the problem has really been resolved.
