I phoned *** *** **** ******** and got someone who barely speaks English. He said HE was going to change my password, also that he had to transfer call to someone who would REGISTER my phone.**nd person, equally lacking in good English, said I did not have to register my phone. *The man who transferred my call to *nd person did not tell me what he was changing my passNUMBER to. *Total of *** minutes to learn that I will lose received voice mail*missed calls, when as *nd person said, I will have to have a *nd phone to use to set up new passNUMBER myself.*Man who said he was going to change passWORD was wrong about that. Also was wrong about how I have to register phone. Why in the world was that man hired???? Poorly-learned English As Second Language, lied, and I had nearly as much trouble understanding the *nd person as I did with the *st person.*As soon as possible I am
