GetHuman-81061: Holy smokes. For once I would like to talk to a person that speaks clear English. Talking circles, asking to repeat what they said is not my idea of quality service. I kept on asking for my minutes added as they had been for over * years but due to my new bank card number the auto pay did not happen a couple of months ago. All I wanted was to keep my double minutes and make sure it was automatic every month. I had to beg the gal to switch me to someone who could help me and was put on hold and never got answered. Time to switch phone service? I think so.
