~Bob: I purchased a new tracfone to replace an old phone. I attempted to transfer number and minutes online. It didn't work. I called support and the person I talked with said it was taked fixed. It was not. the next morning I called again, spent * hours on the phone and was told my number was not available to tranfer. I called it and my old phone and it received the call. (Not available?)All the superviser could do was read the script. She said the reason the number did not initially transfer was a "glitch" in their system. She admitted she had ***% trust in their system when I asked if it was possible the information about my number not being available was inaccuate.I will not renew any of the * tracfones. (I provide phones for my parents and my wife's parents also, that is why I have *).
