~FEDUP!!: I recently got a new Tracfone and tried to transfer service and my number, which I have had for years znd years and have all my business contact on it. The service transferred, but the number did not. I called immediatetly and told them I HAD to haave my old number and why. They created a ticket, said they would send me a new SIM card, and when I activated that, I would have my old number back. After getting the SIM and calling and being on hold for ** minutes, the person who answered, in barely understanable English, put me on hold again to "confer with her supervisor." After about another * or * minutes, she came back on and told me my old number was no longer available. I told her that was the reason I called and opened the ticket. She said she could not help me. Well, maybe US Cellular or AT&T can. This is just the last in a long line of prohlems with Tracfone. It's cheap, yes. The old saying is true--you get what you pay for! I'm done with this worthless company@
