~Hal: She spoke with a thick accent. Didn't resolve the problem. Didn't understand me, I didn't understand her. Had to refer me to "advanced" technical support. This is the second time I had this problem using this phone number. All I can guess is that so many people are using this phone number that they have downgraded the operators, to accept more calls, and now have a "new" secret number. Because the second number she transferred me to, understood my problem and fixed it. But, they would not give me their phone number.

~Hal: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hal: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TracFone Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hal: For that I would say five out of five.
