~uplatch: tracfone had me on line for * minutes doing a *survey and the cut me off. never did talk to a*representative. i have wasted a whole lot of time on this and have yet to talk to a human.*this is absolutely the worst customer service that i have encountered. *i do not plan to continue with tracfone.
